Privacy Notice

Belper Car Keys is a sole-trader business run by Ian Edmunds in Belper, Derbyshire. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

When you ring, WhatsApp, email or use the contact form we receive what you choose to tell us: typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and where the vehicle is. For lost-key and lockout jobs we also ask to see proof of ownership and photo ID at the vehicle; we look at it, we don't keep copies.

What we use it for

To quote for and carry out the job you've asked about, and to contact you about that job. Nothing else. We don't send marketing and we don't sell or share your details with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

How long we keep it

Job details are kept in our records for as long as needed for accounts and any warranty queries, then deleted.
